After School Sports

After school sports is a compulsory extended day until 4:45pm for Year 3 to Year 6.

Extended hours

• Breakfast Club takes place Monday to Friday 7.30-8.00am.  A charge of £5.00 is applicable, which includes a continental breakfast. 
• Homework Club takes place Monday to Friday 3.45-4.45pm.  A charge of £7.00 is applicable, which includes a biscuit/fruit and a drink.
• After School Club takes place Monday to Friday 4.45-6.00pm.  A charge of £8.65 is applicable, which includes a light tea of a sandwich, homemade cake, fruit and a drink.

Children will be entered on the attendance register.  Please book and pay for each session via ParentMail 24hrs prior to attendance.  If less than 24hrs please call the office.  If paying via Childcare vouchers please email wmetra@stbernardsprep.org to book it for you.

The clubs are charged on a termly basis and must be signed up to at the beginning of term and paid in full. If a session is missed due to teacher absence your child can attend Homework Club instead, free of charge.  No refunds will be offered for pupil absence.  If paying via Childcare vouchers please email wmetra@stbernardsprep.org to book.

Please note that collection time for after school sports, homework club & extra-curricular clubs is 4.45pm if you are late you may be charged for Supper club.
