Dear Parents,

Welcome back to school! I hope you all had a wonderful summer filled with relaxation and fun. It is truly fantastic to see all the smiling faces back in the corridors, and I can already feel the excitement buzzing in the air. As we embark upon this new term, I am thrilled to welcome both returning families and new families to our school community.

We have an action-packed term planned, brimming with opportunities for learning and personal growth. Our dedicated staff have been busy preparing engaging lessons and events that will inspire and challenge our children.

Let us make this term one to remember, full of achievements and joyful moments. Here’s to a fantastic start to the school year!

This week in assembly, I posed a fun challenge to both our wonderful children and staff – to choose just one word that they can embrace as their guiding light throughout the school year. It’s a simple yet profound idea: picking “One Word” that can spur positive change in their lives and help them evolve into the best versions of themselves.

I encouraged everyone to think deeply about words that resonate with them, like “focus,” “persistent,” or  “kind.” These powerful words can serve as anchors, not just here at school, but also at home. Just imagine the wonderful impact it could have on our community, as we all commit to our chosen words together! I look forward to seeing everyone’s choices and how they plan to use them in their daily lives. Here’s to a year of positivity and growth!

Maybe you would like to join us in thinking of "One Word" for your year ahead?

Have a wonderful weekend
