The St Bernard’s Award: Celebrating Excellence and Opportunity

We are delighted to announce the launch of The St Bernard’s Prep Award, an exciting new academic scholarship for a Year 6 pupil at St Bernard’s Prep School.

The award recognises exceptional academic ability and potential and offers the recipient a place at St Benedict’s Senior School, with means-tested financial support available up to full fees and extras.

The successful candidate will be identified through the St Benedict’s 11+ process, during which pupils’ academic strengths, intellectual curiosity, and potential to thrive will be assessed.

This new award highlights the close relationship between St Bernard’s Prep and St Benedict’s School, and our shared commitment to nurturing talent and providing outstanding opportunities for pupils to excel.

“The St Bernard’s Award celebrates the exceptional potential of our pupils and offers a truly transformative opportunity for one child each year to continue their education within the St Benedict’s community,” said Asha Verma, Headteacher of St Bernard’s Prep.

To apply for the St Bernard’s Prep Award, families should complete and submit the St Benedict’s School online application form by Sunday 30 November; when reaching the payment section, please skip this step, as no registration fee is required, but ensure that all other sections of the form are completed in full.
