Clubs and Activities Timetable
After School Sports
After-school sports are a compulsory extended day until 4.45pm for Year 3 to Year 6, starting on Monday 7th September to 4th December and are included in your fees.

Steps to Secondary Success
This is for those taking 11+ or common entrance exams. It is an optional – extended day until 4.45pm for Year 4 & 5, taking place on a Wednesday & is included in your fees.
Extended Hours
• Breakfast Club takes place Monday to Friday 7.30-8.00am, starting on 3rd September and ending on 16th December. A charge of £5.45 is applicable, which includes a continental breakfast.
• Homework Club takes place Monday to Friday 3.45–4.45pm starting on 3rd September and ending on 15th December. A charge of £7.65 is applicable, which includes a biscuit/fruit and a drink. Collect front door.
• After School “Supper” Club takes place Monday to Friday from 4.45-6.00pm starting on 3rd September and ending on 15th December. A charge of £9.45 is applicable, which includes a light tea of a sandwich, homemade cake, fruit and a drink. Collect front door.
Children will be entered on the attendance register. Please book and pay for each session via ParentMail 24hrs prior to attendance. If less than 24hrs please call the office to book. If paying via Childcare vouchers please pay a minimum of £50, which will be allocated to your account & email wmetra@stbernardsprep.org to book it for you.
Extra-Curricular Clubs
The following clubs will also be available from 7th September until 4th December. To register for any of these clubs please log into your ParentMail account and purchase from shop items, with the exception of LAMDA which is bookable via Dramatica.

* Junior Duke requires attendance for the whole year in order to qualify for the badge at the end of the year and therefore, you cannot join mid-year.

The clubs are charged on a termly basis and must be signed up to at the beginning of term and paid in full. If a session is missed due to teacher absence your child can attend Homework Club instead, free of charge. No refunds will be offered for pupil absence or due to school trips, Sports day or any other school-organised activity. If paying via Childcare vouchers/National Savings please email wmetra@stbernardsprep.org to book.
Please note that collection time for after school sports & homework club is 4.45pm & extra-curricular clubs it is the finish time stated, if you are late you may be charged for Homework or Supper club. If you are late collecting from Supper club you will be charged an additional £1 per minute after 6pm.
